THE LEASING PROCESS

We pride ourselves on our streamlined quick and easy leasing process. First, navigate to our available properties and learn as much as you'd like about your desired property. At anytime during your search you are welcome to give us a call and ask to your hearts desire any questions about the property. Once you've honed in on the house you'd like to call a home click the "apply now" button located under each and every listing. We do not require co-signers or guarantors for individuals 18 and over. After completing the application a PlayaLife staff member will screen and evaluate the submission to our standards. This process can take anywhere from 24-48 hours. If approved, we will give you a call and can further discuss the next steps!

We operate on a first come first serve basis. Only renewal properties are granted special priority.
